The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (the CAA)—which was signed on December 27, 2020—contained several provisions intended to increase the transparency of health insurance, including employer-sponsored group health plans. Previous Benefits Lunch Break Webinars have covered several of these provisions in significant detail (e.g., mental health parity comparative analysis, No Surprises Act, etc.). In this webinar, Tripp VanderWal will give a high-level overview of the remaining transparency provisions in the CAA.
