If you have a Mac that you use to login to the MJ Desktop and get an error message that says “You have not chosen to trust DigiCert TLS RSA SHA256 2020 CA1”, here is the step to take to fix it.

On your Mac web browser, click this link DigiCertTLSRSASHA2562020CA1-1.crt

You should see this in your web browser. Click Download.

Double click the downloaded file.

 

In Chrome it will be here.

In Safari it will be here.

This window should appear. (You may be prompted to enter your Mac’s password to approve) Click Add.

Try logging in to Citrix again. If you get the error again, try restarting you Mac and try logging in again. If it is still not working, please contact the Help Desk at 616-831-1999.
