Daniel Zhang is an Associate of the firm and has been practicing law since 2020. His practices areas include intellectual property matters, including design patent litigation, patent licensing breach of contract litigation, trademark litigation, and copyright litigation.

Daniel works with clients of all sizes with intellectual property needs, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to individuals.

- Representing a Fortune 250 company in a multi-copyright litigation matter in district court.
- Obtaining favorable settlements in breach of contract and patent licensing litigation matter.
- Obtaining favorable settlements for a medical technologies company in a utility patent litigation.
- Obtaining favorable settlements for online retailers in design patent litigation.
Professional Affiliations, Activities, and Honors
Daniel is a volunteer attorney for the Lawyers for the Creative Arts, where he has helped artists and musicians enforce their trademarks.
Daniel is also active member of the Asian American Bar Association.

Daniel received his law degree in 2020 from University of Miami School of Law, magna cum laude, and his undergraduate degree in 2016 from the University of California, Berkeley College of Chemistry.
