Nicholas K. Wheeler
Nicholas Wheeler is an Associate of the firm and has been practicing law since 2019. - Obtained favorable settlements for photographers in copyright litigation matters.
- Obtained a favorable settlement for an author in a copyright litigation matter regarding attribution and breach of contract.
- Obtained a favorable settlement for a musician in a trademark litigation matter regarding domain names, merchandise, and social media pages.
