Mr. Wang concentrates his practice on corporate and securities law.

He regularly advises clients on legal matters related to international business transactions, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, private placements, public offerings of securities, and general corporate and SEC reporting obligations. In particular, Mr. Wang assists international companies on establishing and expanding their operations in the U.S., and U.S. companies on expansion abroad. He also serves as outside counsel to clients, providing day-to-day legal and business counsel on a variety of matters.

Community Activities & Professional Affiliations

David is active in the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section. David is also an active member of the Kalamazoo community. He serves on the boards of Community Healing Centers and the Kalamazoo Brownfield Redevelopment Authority. David also enjoys volunteering at Habitat for Humanity.

David is an active member of the; Association of Corporate Growth Grand Rapids Chapter, Asian Pacific American Chamber of Commerce, Detroit Chinese Engineers Association, Detroit Chinese Business Association, and is a Young Leader Member of the Detroit Economic Club.
