Wei Wang is an Associate in Miller Johnson’s Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) practice group.
Wei represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, recapitalization, restructuring and corporate finance transactions. He also provides counseling with respect to day-to-day business issues of all types, including commercial transactions, contract negotiation, and succession planning.
Wei also advises clients on legal matters related to international business transactions. In particular, he assists international companies on establishing and expanding their operations in the United States, and United States companies on expansion abroad.
