Brandon Tomash is an Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice at Miller Johnson. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate law matters for both public and privately-held businesses. Mr. Tomash provides legal counsel to private equity buyers, strategic buyers, sellers and management in all types of acquisition, disposition and investment transactions.

Mr. Tomash supports clients in commercial contracts and agreements, entity formation, licensing and tax issues as well as general business matters. He represents closely-held and family-owned Middle Market businesses and publicly-traded corporations.

Mr. Tomash was selected as a 2024 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinder. The LCLD Pathfinder Program is designed for diverse, high-potential, early-career attorneys at LCLD Member organizations.

Education, Bar and Court Admissions, Clerkships

Mr. Tomash was awarded his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2019 where he focused on a transactional curriculum. While in law School, he was a member of the Cornell Business Law Society; the Cornell Black Law Students Association; served as a Campus Mediator; was the J.D. Representative to the International Arbitration Society; and competed in the Transactional Lawyering Competition. He earned his B.A. in Business Management & Organizational Studies from Western University in London, Ontario. He participated in an academic exchange program and studied at City University of Hong Kong while an undergraduate. He is admitted to practice in New York state.
