Ardiola Sinaj is a Counsel attorney in Miller Johnson’s Immigration practice group. She focuses her practice on a range of immigration matters, including employment‑based petitions, family‑sponsored immigration and naturalization.

Ardiola’s practice is defined by a steady focus on helping clients navigate complex and rapidly changing immigration processes with clarity and a strong commitment to service. She has represented individuals in adjustment of status cases, I 751 petitions, consular processing, and VAWA petitions. Her work also includes preparing and submitting numerous naturalization applications and representing clients at USCIS interviews for both adjustment of status and naturalization.

Ardiola has extensive experience preparing complex waiver applications, including I 212 Permission to Reapply for Admission, I 601A Provisional Unlawful Presence Waivers, I 601 Waivers for grounds such as fraud, misrepresentation, and crimes involving moral turpitude, as well as I 192 Advance Permission to Enter as a Nonimmigrant.

Her background also includes assisting with evidentiary filings before the Immigration Court on matters such as I 751 reviews, E 42A and E 42B cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, and fraud waivers under INA § 237(a)(1)(H). She has represented clients in multiple master
calendar hearings, ensuring they are supported and well-prepared throughout the court process.

In addition to her family-based work, Ardiola has prepared and filed a variety of employment based immigration petitions, including E 1, H 2B, L 1A, PERM labor certifications, and related adjustment of status applications.
