Nathan Roon is an Associate in the employment and labor practice group where he counsels clients on employee-related matters and disputes.

Employment Law
Nathan works with employers on issues involving disabilities and accommodation, employee handbooks and personnel policies, employment discrimination, management and employee training, wage and hour, and workplace harassment.

He has experience drafting motions and pleadings, analyzing legal issues, and conducting legal research.

Traditional Labor Law
Nathan also handles traditional labor work in both the private and public sectors. He assists clients with issues related to collective bargaining, labor arbitration, unfair labor practice procedures, and more.

Education
Nathan is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School where he earned his J.D. in 2025. While in Law School, he served as a senior editor on the Michigan Business & Entrepreneurial Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University where he studied Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy.
