Sports Law

Drawing on her litigation and employment law background, Erica advises clients in the sports industry on matters where workplace, contractual, and reputational risks often intersect.  Her experience includes advising on agreements involving professional athletes and major sports agencies, with a focus on rights, obligations, and risk allocation under complex commercial terms.  Erica also writes on the evolving intersection of sports and labor and employment law, including compliance trends, NIL and endorsement issues, and other legal developments impacting teams, leagues, conferences, and athletes.
