Gino is an Associate in Miller Johnson’s Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) practice group.

Business and Corporate
Gino assists clients in the organization and operation of their business. This includes entity formation, commercial agreements, and general business matters. He works with clients ranging from closely held and family owned to publicly traded as well as individuals and non-profit organizations.

Mergers and Acquisitions
Gino provides legal counsel to private equity buyers, strategic buyers, sellers, and management in all types of acquisition, disposition and investment transactions. He supports clients in commercial contracts and agreements, entity formation, licensing and tax issues as well as general corporate law and governance matters.

Articles and Presentations
Gino authored an article published in the Indiana Journal of Law and Social Equality titled “From Downes to Dobbs: Why Stare Decisis Should Not Stop the Court from Overturning the Territorial Incorporation Doctrine.

Education
Gino is a graduate from Indiana University Maurer School of Law where he earned his J.D. in 2025. He was a Michael and Janie Maurer Fellowship recipient and a member of the Protective Order Project and was the Executive Notes and Comments Editor for the Indiana Journal of Law & Social Equality.

Gino received a B.A. degree in Social Relations and Policy from Michigan State University in 2021. Gino attended the James Madison College at MSU.
