Kristen Page is an Associate in Miller Johnson’s business and corporate section and part of the Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) team.

Kristen assists clients in the organization and operation of their business. This includes entity formation, commercial agreements, and general business matters. Kristen works with clients ranging from closely held and family owned to publicly traded as well as individuals and non-profit organizations.

Kristen is an active member of the Women’s Lawyers Association – Western Region and the Sports Lawyers Association.

Education

Kristen is a graduate from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law where she earned her J.D. cum laude in 2024. While in law school, she was the President of the Sports Law Society and a member of the Moot Court. She also gained experience working as a Judicial Intern of the Honorable Kelley Kostin at the 52^nd District Court.  Additionally, she was an athletics compliance intern with Oakland University, where she gained several years of experience solving compliance issues facing higher education institutions in the athletics arena.

She received a B.A. degree in Criminal Justice, summa cum laude from Adrian College in 2021. While at Adrian, Kristen was on the Dean’s List, Captain of the women’s NCAA soccer team and was a Judicial Intern for of the Honorable Anna Marie Anzalone at the 39^th Circuit Court.
