Alexzandra R. Noffsinger
Alexzandra is an Associate in Miller Johnson’s Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) practice group.
Business and Corporate
Alexzandra assists clients in the organization and operation of their business. This includes entity formation, commercial agreements, and general business matters. Alexzandra works with clients ranging from closely held and family owned to publicly traded as well as individuals and non-profit organizations.
Mergers and Acquisitions
Alexzandra provides legal counsel to private equity buyers, strategic buyers, sellers, and management in all types of acquisition, disposition and investment transactions. Alexzandra supports clients in commercial contracts and agreements, entity formation, licensing and tax issues as well as general corporate law and governance matters.
Practice Related Activities
Alexzandra is a current member of the Business Law Section for the State Bar of Michigan.
Articles and Presentations
Alexzandra authored an article published in the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law Review titled “Legal Light-Switch: How Law Firms Can Flip the Switch on AI.”
Education
Alexzandra is a graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law where she earned her J.D. summa cum laude in 2025. During law school, Alexzandra served as Executive Online Editor of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law Review, was Secretary for the St. Thomas Moore Society, and earned her certifications in Westlaw and Lexis.
Alexzandra also gained experience working as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Elizabeth Welch at the Michigan Supreme Court and worked as a Teacher’s Assistant and Research Assistant for courses including Evidence, Criminal Law, Legal Research, and advance criminal law topics.
Alexzandra received her B.S. degree in Paralegal Studies from Davenport University in 2022, with high honors. During her time at Davenport, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Cynthia Ward at the 54-A District Court and worked the Legal Assistance Center, assisting pro se litigants.
