Chelsea M. Murray is an Associate of the firm and has been practicing law since 2019. Her practice areas include primarily protection and enforcement of patent rights in matters before various U.S. Federal Courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and the International Trade Commission.

Chelsea’s practice spans the full spectrum of intellectual property litigation. In addition to enforcing and defending patent rights, she litigates complex trademark, trade secret, and copyright disputes. Her work covers a broad range of technologies and industries, including:

Chelsea is a member of the Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago (IPLAC), Chicago Women in Intellectual Property (ChiWIP), and the Richard Linn American Inn of Court.

Education

Chelsea earned her J.D., cum laude, from DePaul University College of Law, where she served as an editor on the DePaul Law Review.  She received the Robert & Clytia Chambers Patent Law Award in 2019 and earned the CALI Award in Patent Law, Patent & Trademark Drafting, and Electronic Discovery. Chelsea also received her undergraduate degree in Computer Science from DePauw University.
