Joseph is an Associate in Miller Johnson’s Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) practice group.

Joseph assists clients with the operation of their business and various business transactions. This includes entity formation, commercial agreements, licensing and tax issues, and general business matters. He works with clients ranging from closely held and family owned to publicly traded as well as individuals and non-profit organizations.

Joseph is a member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association.

Education
Joseph is a graduate from Indiana University Maurer School of Law where he earned his J.D. cum laude in 2025. He was a member of the Business and Law Society and a JD Fellow for both the Indiana Journal for Constitutional Design and the Center for Constitutional Democracy.

Joseph earned his B.A. degree in History, magna cum laude from Hope College in 2022. In April 2022, he was a recipient of the Miles Award in Law.
