Megan LeMieux is a Paralegal in Miller Johnson’s Real Estate Practice Group, bringing nearly 25 years of experience supporting a wide range of commercial and residential real estate transactions and development projects.

Megan has extensive experience in real estate research, due diligence coordination, and transactional analysis. She supports attorneys and clients through all stages of real estate transactions, including drafting, managing, and organizing transaction documents and related materials. Her work includes coordinating closely with title companies, surveyors, and other diligence vendors, as well as assisting in the review and analysis of title commitments, surveys, and third-party reports.

As part of a multidisciplinary real estate team that advises on acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, zoning, and land use matters, Megan contributes to complex transactions involving a broad range of real property interests and project types.

In addition, Megan has experience with business entity formation and corporate governance matters, including preparing articles of organization, operating agreements, bylaws, and other organizational documents.

Megan plays a key role in the closing process, coordinating all aspects of real estate closings and overseeing the preparation, execution, and delivery of closing documents to help ensure efficient and successful transaction completion.
