Ryan McNally is Member in Miller Johnson’s Real Estate practice and represents property owners and corporate clients on real property, corporate and finance matters throughout the United States.

Real Estate and Business

Mr. McNally advises a wide variety of clients on operations, strategy, and risk. He oversees corporate, finance and commercial real estate transactions as counsel for a variety of buyers, sellers, owners, developers, agricultural operators and lenders. He counsels on real estate and land use matters of all kinds, including zoning, planning, title, survey and environmental due diligence.

Professional Affiliations, Activities and Honors

Mr. McNally was recognized as as a 2023 “Go To Lawyer” for Commercial Real Estate Law in Michigan by Michigan Lawyers Weekly.  He was recognized as a 2024 Best Lawyer for Real Estate Law.  Mr. McNally was recognized as a Michigan SuperLawyers “Rising Star” in 2012. He is a member of the Commercial Association of Realtors and both the Real Property Law and Business Law sections of the State Bar of Michigan.

Community Activities

Mr. McNally dedicates time to various community organizations including as a youth coach for the YMCA, tennis coach for the Grand Rapids Catholic Schools, confirmation leader at Trinity Lutheran Church, and member of the American Latvian Association.

Education

Mr. McNally was awarded his J.D. from the Wayne State University Law School in 1998. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Western Michigan University in 1994.
