Lino is a counsel attorney in the firm’s Med Recovery practice, where he represents healthcare providers in matters involving medical revenue recovery and insurance reimbursement disputes.

Lino works with hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and other medical providers to pursue effective recovery strategies while navigating complex insurance and liability issues.

With a practical understanding of the healthcare industry, Lino focuses on resolving accounts efficiently through all stages of the recovery process, from pre‑litigation strategy and dispute resolution to litigation and appeals. His work frequently involves contractual disputes, insurance reimbursement issues, coordination of benefits and defense of recovery efforts.

Prior to focusing on medical recovery, Lino represented insurance carriers and their insureds in a wide range of litigation matters, including first‑party No‑Fault claims, third‑party automobile negligence actions, insurance coverage disputes, and general tort and contract litigation. This background provides Lino with valuable insight into coverage issues and defenses as well as claim valuation.

Lino earned his law degree from The University of Toledo College of Law in 2019. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting from Adrian College.
