Suet L. Lee
Suet Lee is an Associate in Miller Johnson’s Intellectual Property practice. Suet brings experience in patent litigation, copyright litigation, trade secret litigation, and trademark prosecution. She also concentrates her practice in IP consulting, transactional, and small business formation services.
Intellectual Property
Suet provides legal counsel to a Fortune 500 company and business entities within the automobile industry, independent artists, small business owners and local entrepreneurs on a variety of intellectual property cases. She has worked on patent litigation matters covering a broad spectrum of technologies including automobiles and software; trademark registration for audio/visual technologies, graphic arts, and restaurant services; successful transfers of domain names within Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) disputes; and copyright ownership and trade secret disputes over fitness equipment and rights of musical artists.

Education
Suet earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she took intellectual property courses and received a certification in health law. She received her B.S. in Biology and Health and the Humanities Certificate from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Suet served as a lab assistant in the Morgridge Center’s Thomas Lab which focused on stem cell research and medical devices. She also worked as a phlebotomist at UW Health and Hospitals System and served as a Resource Navigator in the Center for Patient Partnerships. Through her prior experiences, she cultivated client advocacy skills and was introduced to a whole world of social service and legal systems. Her passion for serving others at the intersection of technology and health led her to pursue law school.
