Courtney is an Associate in Miller Johnson’s corporate section and part of the Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) team. Courtney assists clients in the organization and operation of their business. This includes entity formation, commercial agreements, and general business matters. Courtney works with clients ranging from closely held and family owned to publicly traded as well as individuals and non-profit organizations.

Courtney is a graduate from Indiana University Maurer School of Law where she earned her J.D. in 2022. She was a member of the Indiana Journal of Law & Social Equality as well as the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. Courtney received a B.A. degree in International Relations and Chinese from Michigan State University in 2018. Courtney attended the James Madison College at MSU.
