Amber L. Kipfmiller is an Associate in the firms Litigation practice.

Amber focuses her practice on a broad range of complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and appeals for clients in the insurance, manufacturing, financial, health, transportation, and construction industries. She has represented individuals, owners, transporters, manufacturers, contractors, and suppliers in various breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, UCC, fraud, trade secret, FOIA, and bid protest disputes at the federal, state, and agency level.

Amber previously served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Katharine M. Samson, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.

Amber is a graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law, where she received her JD, cum laude, served as the Executive Notes & Comments Editor of the Mississippi Law Journal, and sat as Honor Council Chair. She earned her BS, summa cum laude, in economics and sociology from Central Michigan University.

Amber is admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi. She is also admitted to practice in all of Michigan and Mississippi’s state courts.
