Juan Negrete is a paralegal in Miller Johnson’s Med Recovery Practice Group, where he supports attorneys and clients throughout medical recovery matters.

He serves as a key point of contact, ensuring clear communication, organized case management, and timely support across each matter. Juan is also bilingual and a commissioned Public Notary, enabling him to better assist a diverse client base and support document execution needs efficiently.

Juan provides the following services:

• Assist with case management and trial preparation
• Oversee docketing, document drafting, and discovery management, including tracking and reviewing materials
• Maintain electronic filing systems; track deadlines; and update status and reporting tools
• Draft, format, revise, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
• Gather and manage medical records and other case-related documentation
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, document distribution, and information flow
• Support expense reporting and client billing processes
