Jon is a member of Miller Johnson’s Real Estate practice group, where he advises clients on a wide range of matters related to commercial real estate transactions and land use matters. Jon has assisted clients in matters involving industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and residential properties.

Practice related activities:

Jon brings extensive experience in real estate law, land use and zoning, and commercial services, guiding clients through complex legal and regulatory frameworks to achieve their goals. His practice includes the acquisition, disposition, and financing of real estate assets; representing clients in land use and zoning matters; advising commercial landlords and tenants on leasing matters; and preparing and analyzing condominium documentation.

Education, Bar and Court Admissions, Clerkships

Jon earned his J.D. summa cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law in 2017. While in law school, he was a Senior Managing Editor of the Michigan State Law Review. Prior to law school, Jon earned his B.A. in English Literary studies summa cum laude from DePaul University in 2014.
