Jeremy Nickens is an experienced Paralegal within the firm’s Medical Recovery Practice Group.

He brings a diverse background across multiple areas of law, including insurance, civil litigation, business law, and probate and estate planning. Jeremy’s skill set includes drafting motions, preparing subpoenas and discovery materials, and conducting in‑depth legal and medical research.

Jeremy provides the following services:

• Assist with case management and trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and coordinating witnesses throughout trial proceedings.
• Oversee key case tasks such as docketing, document drafting, and discovery management, including tracking, reviewing, and analyzing materials.
• Serve as a liaison between the attorney, clients, and prospective expert witnesses to ensure clear and timely communication.
