Hailey Jahn is a highly skilled registered patent agent in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group. Drawing from nearly a decade of experience, she has become a trusted professional in the world of intellectual property law.

Professional Experience 

Hailey’s practice centers on patent prosecution and preparation of U.S. patent applications, including responses and PTAB appeals. Hailey has experience in managing foreign application prosecution using amendments and argument strategies. Her expertise includes a broad range of industries including home appliances, manufacturing, and building materials. She performs patent searches for prior art scope, freedom-to-operate, and claims and invalidity analyses.

Hailey provides all of the following services to our clients:

  • Preparation of patent applications
  • Working with clients to develop strategies for patent prosecution
  • Prosecuting patent applications before the USPTO

Prior to joining Miller Johnson, Hailey was an assistant research technician with the Van Andel Research Institute, where she conducted multiple concurrent experiments and presented high-quality written and oral reports on progress and results.
