Joseph L. Inzano
Joseph Inzano is an attorney in Miller Johnson’s Chicago office and part of the firm’s business section. He represents clients in matters involving corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and matters related to the music business.
Mr. Inzano assists clients in connection with a wide variety of acquisitive and dispositive transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, asset purchases and sales, redemptions, stock and other capital investments. He works with businesses ranging from closely held and family owned to publicly traded as well as businesses and individuals in the music industry.

Mr. Inzano is a member of the American Bar Association, DuPage County Bar Association, Attorneys for Family-Held Enterprises, and the Justinian Society of Lawyers.
Education
Mr. Inzano was awarded his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 2017. While in law school, he was the Managing Editor for the Emory International Law Review and a participant in the Kessler-Edison Program for Trial Techniques.
He earned his B.A., Philosophy, from The George Washington University in 2012. During his undergraduate studies, he participated in club rugby and was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity.
Mr. Inzano is licensed to practice in Illinois and Missouri. In his spare time, Mr. Inzano enjoys playing piano, golf, skiing, travel (to over 25 countries) and spending time with his wife and daughter.
