Collin D. Goldsberry
Collin Goldsberry is an Associate in the employment and labor practice group where he counsels clients on employee-related matters and disputes.
Employment Law
Collin works with employers on issues involving disabilities and accommodation, employee handbooks and personnel policies, employment discrimination, management and employee training, wage and hour, and workplace harassment.
He has experience drafting motions and pleadings, analyzing legal issues, and conducting legal research.
Traditional Labor Law
Collin also handles traditional labor work in both the private and public sectors. He assists clients with issues related to collective bargaining, labor arbitration, unfair labor practice procedures, and more.
Education
Collin earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Cleveland State University College of Law in 2025. While in law school, Collin served as the Executive Editor for the Journal of Law and Health and worked as a Legal Extern at the University Hospitals Law Department in Cleveland, Ohio. He received his undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University in 2021.
