Emma provides the following services:
- Manage and maintain attorney dockets, deadlines, and ongoing case workflows
- Prepare and file U.S. trademark applications, renewals, Statements/Declarations of Use
- Coordinate with foreign associates regarding international trademark filings, renewals, and declarations of use
- Conduct trademark clearance and usage research
- Collect and organize specimens of use for filings
- Review and evaluate watch notices for potential conflicts
- Monitor and respond to communications from the USPTO and foreign associates
- Correspond with clients regarding trademark filings and maintenance of trademark and copyright portfolios
- Provide attorney support for chain‑of‑title recordation and ownership updates for trademark and copyright assets
- Prepare and file U.S. copyright applications and draft Responses to Office Actions
- Draft assignments, licenses, agreements, and demand letters

Currently, Emma is a Trademark Administrators Committee Member with the International Trademark Association (INTA).
