Lydia Dunn is an Associate in Miller Johnson’s Litigation practice group. Lydia focuses her practice on a variety of commercial disputes, including bankruptcy, non-competes, insurance, and supply chain litigation.

Education, Bar and Court Admissions, Clerkships
Lydia earned her J.D. from Wayne State University Law School where she graduated cum laude and Order of the Coif. During law school, she was a member of the Wayne Law Moot Court, Executive Associate Articles Editor of the Wayne Law Review, and a student chairperson and competitor for the Wayne State Transactional Law Invitational. She competed nationally in the Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court competition and Baylor Law’s “The Closer” transactional law competition. Lydia completed a judicial externship at the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and was a student attorney at Wayne Law’s Immigration Appellate Advocacy Clinic.

She graduated from The University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics & Economics.

Lydia is admitted to practice in Michigan.
