Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation
Alex’s experience in contract drafting and review, ERISA compliance, fringe benefit issues, and handling withdrawal liability matters is the primary focus of his work for mid- to large-sized companies. He also specializes in executive compensation issues, including the design, drafting and administration of qualified and non-qualified retirement and welfare plans for taxable and non-taxable entities.

Mr. Dombrow is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Oakland County Bar Association and the Grand Rapids Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all Michigan courts and the U.S. District Court in the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.
