Courtney Miedema is a skilled Paralegal in the firm’s Private Client, Probate and Estate Planning Practice Group.

Courtney provides the following services:

• Probate and trust administration management including: preparing court pleadings, handling filings, completing statutory notice requirements, assisting with asset information and accountings to court and beneficiaries, meeting with families and working with them throughout the administration.
• Interaction with court and government agencies, clients, trusted advisors including CPAs, and Financial Advisors to accomplish post death administration when necessary.
• Financial analysis, extensive client matter management, and administrative support.
• Assist with handling real estate matters as they relate to post-death administration.
• Drafting estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney for finances and health care.
