Healthcare Reimbursement

Mr. Rork works with hospital, health system and medical provider clients in pursuing improperly denied claims.  The benefit to clients is decreased timeframe in accounts receivable and significant decreases in self-pay accounts, charity and uncollectible write-offs.  Mr. Rork also seeks and collects interest and attorney fees from carriers for wrongful denials by enforcing state and federal laws requiring prompt payment of claims.

Mr. Rork is licensed in Michigan and handles cases in Circuit and District Courts.  He is skilled at all aspects of dispute cases from initial investigation through appeal.

Education

Mr. Rork earned his J.D. at the University of Montana School of Law in Missoula in 1998.  He received his B.A. in criminal justice/sociology from Western Michigan University in 1991.
