Nicole D. Blanchard
Nicole Blanchard is an Associate attorney in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, intellectual property matters, and employment disputes.
Nicole has experience with litigating a wide variety of cases. She has represented clients in state and federal courts as well as in the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Professional Affiliations, Activities and Honors
Nicole was recognized as a Best Lawyers in America “One to Watch” for Intellectual Property Law in 2025. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Community Legal Center, a non-profit organization in Memphis, Tennessee that provides legal services to those with limited means.

Nicole earned her J.D. from The University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2022, graduating magna cum laude. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Lee University, where she played on the women’s soccer team.
During law school, Nicole was an Articles Editor for The University of Memphis Law Review and she was active in the Moot Court, where she was runner-up in the First Year Moot Court Competition and a member of the National Moot Court Team. Nicole was also a research assistant specializing civil rights, served as the Executive Director of the Student Bar Association, and received numerous awards for her legal writing and classroom performance.
Nicole is admitted to practice in the State of Tennessee.
