  • Conduct client meetings to review applications, evaluate supporting documentation, and prepare exhibit lists, witness lists, and motions for submission to the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR)
  • Draft and submit Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests to obtain relevant records
  • Research, locate, and retrieve criminal records for clients, including cases lacking provided case numbers
  • Perform and manage online filings through U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) platforms
