Monica has the following experience:
- Conduct client meetings to review applications, evaluate supporting documentation, and prepare exhibit lists, witness lists, and motions for submission to the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR)
- Draft and submit Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests to obtain relevant records
- Research, locate, and retrieve criminal records for clients, including cases lacking provided case numbers
- Perform and manage online filings through U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) platforms
